| "It doesn ’t matter", I replied, "until you can figure what to do with the waste, or spent fuel as you call it, people will not embrace nuclear energy." McFarlane shot back, "We have a process to recycle the waste and use it again, but there is a Presidential executive summary that won ’t allow us to recycle the waste in the United States. |
